I was really hoping to salvage the pegboard and shelves along the walls, because they seemed to be very practical. But unfortunately they were very water damaged and I was afraid of what could be lurking behind those walls. So needles to say, they had to go! First I put on my mask and other PPE and then I went to work. Fortunately I didn't discover any mold, just a lot of dirt and corroded studs. The shelves only came down slowly with several wacks with the hammer. Then on to tearing out those pegboard walls. It was tiring work and now I neet to rest my body for a bit.
