Making Studio Space: Wired

I've always been suspicious of the wiring in the studio space. Some of it seems to have been rigged. One of the electrical boxes was even attached to the pegboard, rather than a wall stud. The old halogen light fixtures only partially worked and shut down after about 30 minutes leaving me in the dark. So now that all the wires are exposed it's time to bring in the electrician to do it right. I'm excited to see the old lights be replaced with new ones, with adjustable color temperature and dimmer switch. It already makes the space so much brighter. Having new and safe wiring throughout and working outlets is a big step in turning the space into a functioning studio.
